Features of rotating lifting ring:

Rotating lifting rings can be divided into screw-type lifting rings and bolt-type lifting rings according to the way of lifting heavy objects. They can also be divided into straight-pull lifting rings, side-pull lifting rings and straight-side-pull universal lifting rings. The rotating lifting ring is different from ordinary lifting rings. It can achieve 360-degree horizontal rotation and 180-degree flipping up and down. The lifting safety factor will not be reduced in any direction, making it more flexible to use and fully meeting the lifting needs.

Precautions for rotating lifting rings:

(1) The construction unit needs to select a suitable rotating lifting ring before starting lifting operations, and carefully check the rated load on the lifting ring. Overloading is prohibited to avoid accidents;

(2) The construction unit must first drill screw holes in the accessories, and then install the eye bolts vertically on the surface of the accessories. The threaded holes are drilled and countersunk to prevent the lifting ring from expanding due to distortion;

(3) Before installing the rotating lifting ring, the surface of the component must be flat so that the lifting ring gasket is in full contact with the surface of the component without any gaps;

(4) Do not add padding between the gasket of the lifting eye and the surface of the component; after installation, the sides of the U-bolt of the lifting eye should not contact suspended objects or other objects;

(5) When lifting, the construction unit should keep applying gravity at a constant speed and gradually increase the intensity to avoid increasing the load at once;

(6) When the construction unit uses and rotates the lifting ring, the bolts of the lifting ring may become loose. For safety reasons, the torque should be re-specified and re-tightened;

(7) The rotating lifting ring cannot operate at high speed when it is fully loaded. When using it in any direction or increasing the pulling force, the construction unit should manually adjust the stretching direction of the lifting ring according to the actual situation.
