大道之行 数据为赢华南大数据战略提速，数据价值亟待实现 华南地区在中国区域经济中占有重要地位，随着近年来产业带和经济圈蓬勃发展，优秀的新兴企业不断涌现，带来了真正意义上的海量数据。广东省于 2012年底就提出《广东省实施大数据战略工作方案》，计划到 2020年基本建成“智慧广东”。今年 5月，经广东省十二届人大常委会第九次会议表决通过《广东省信息化促进条例》，对大数据、物联网等都做出了规定，进一步推进了对于“大数据”技术的立法扶持。
